Atrium operates this website. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit the site or get in touch with us.
Information we collect
When you contact us through the website, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, your email address, your budget range and the details you give us about your project. When you browse the site, we may collect limited technical information, such as your browser, your device and your general location, along with how you use our pages.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a potential project and to communicate with you about work you have asked us to do. We use technical and usage information to run, maintain and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio, and only to the extent they need it to do their work.
Emails we send
When you send an enquiry, the studio receives it by email so we can reply. Messages we send may record whether they were opened and which links were clicked, which helps us understand whether our replies are reaching you.
Legal basis for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in running the studio and answering enquiries, and, where necessary, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will do so.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us through our contact page.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. You can read more in our cookie policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
